Search for menu. This is a new menu in your handset created
by the card, enter the submenu “check balance”, and press ok.
In a few seconds you will receive a sms with your balance.
C’ Way
Dial *146*099# and call button  . In a few seconds you will receive a
sms with your balance.
All ways of checking balance are free of charge.

4. How to make outgoing calls
There are 3 alternative ways to make outgoing calls depending on the handset
you use.
Α’ Way
Α)Dial the calling number (always use the country code, then the destination
number).
B) Press the call button  (a device message appears like: «Not allowed
call,etc»)
C) A network message appears «WAIT FOR CALL» displayed on your
phone.
D) In a few seconds you will receive ringing (CALL-BACK)
E) Accept the call by pressing the call button 
F) You will hear the remaining calling time for the specific call depending on
the balance of your account.
G) You will hear the ringing tone of the called number
B’ Way
A)Search for menu. This is a new menu in your handset created
by card. Enter th submenu “call”, dial the desired calling
number (always with it’s country prefix) and press ok .
B) A network message appears «WAIT FOR CALL» displayed on your
phone.
C) In a few seconds you will receive ringing (CALL-BACK)
D) Accept the call by pressing the call button 
E) You will hear the remaining calling time for the specific call depending
on the balance of your account.
F) You will hear the call tone of the called number.
C’ Way
A)Dial *146*calling number#
B) A network message appears «WAIT FOR CALL» displayed on your
phone.
C) In a few seconds you will receive ringing (CALL-BACK)
D) Accept the call by pressing the call button 
E) You will hear the remaining calling time for the specific call depending
on the balance of your account.
F) You will hear the call tone of the called number.

If you can make outgoing calls but you can’t accept incoming calls, then
search for another cooperating GSM network. From your handset
menu, search manually for another GSM network, select it and try again.

8. The most economical way to access a user from Greece

9. How Do I Access the Menu?

You can call, send SMS, check your balance and add airtime from the menu in your mobile phone.

10. Issues with Samsung or LG mobile devices

If you CANNOT make direct calls using your SAMSUNG or LG handset,

you should activate your special compatibility mode, after that the direct

dialing mode should be enabled.

How to activate compatibility mode:

3. Agree with message by pressing "Yes"

4. Dial digits "1101" and select "OK" (Screen will show "CC OptionX: ON" message)

How to deactivate compatibility mode (it is necessary if you would not like to use a SAMSUNG handset):

11. Issues with Iphone mobile devices

In order to be able to dial numbers directly with your Apple iPhone handset, please make sure the firmware version is 3.x.x or higher.

Technical terms
