PlanetSim eSim (embedded Sim) is a new electronic Sim card that is stored on your device and offers all roaming services a PlanetSim Direct does, without the limitations of a physical sim card.

Without the need for a physical product to reach the users hands, eSim allows travelers to stay connected easily and quickly.

This makes it ideal for travelers and for use with devices that change service providers often. eSim allows for a switch from a local network to roaming without the need for a physical switch of a sim card.

These are offered without the commitments of a contract and the only obligation of the user to comply with a minimum top up of 20€ annually.

For the activation of your eSim an internet connection is required!

1. Open your devices settings and got to "Network & Internet". Then select "Mobile Network".
2. Choose "Advanced", then open "Carrier"-> «Add Carrier».
3. Now scan the QR Code which can be found in your PlanetSim account after you select your card from your account. Note that you need to scan the QR code with the device you want to embed the eSim.
4. After the scan is complete a confirmation message will appear where you need to select "Add cellular plan".
5. Your eSim is ready for use. We recommend renaming your eSim after downloading it so as to avoid confusion with your normal sim card.

! Warning each eSim QR code is unique and can only be scanned once!
